The Town of Gravenhurst is updating its Strategic Plan to guide the municipality over the next term of council and into the future. The Strategic Plan sets out the town’s top priorities and creates a shared longer-term vision for the future of the community, including the work to be done to ensure the town continues to be a great place to live, work and visit.
This plan will be based on input from the community, council, and staff and outline a collective vision and set of strategic priorities that will allow the municipality to build on the tremendous strengths and opportunities of Gravenhurst.
As part of the plan, we conducted a community survey that ended July 27.
